Effective as of 2025. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of legal services and related offerings provided by VentureJuris at VentureJuris.com.

1. Introduction

VentureJuris, operated by Business ID CHE-078.240.644, located at ETH Zurich, Rämistrasse 101, 8092 Zurich, Switzerland, offers specialized legal counsel for entrepreneurs and emerging ventures.

2. Scope of Services

Our offerings include tailored legal counsel, document preparation, representation in administrative procedures, workshops, digital courses, templates, and physical materials designed for business formation and compliance.

2.1 Legal Services

Bespoke counsel, statutory filings, and procedural representation provided by qualified professionals. Engagement commences upon receipt of the agreed fee.

2.2 Information Products

Digital guides, templates, and recorded workshops delivered electronically. Access details are provided upon purchase confirmation.

2.3 Goods

Physical materials such as guidebooks and templates shipped to the client’s address.

3. Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay all applicable fees as specified in the engagement letter or order confirmation. Fees are payable in advance of service delivery. We accept major credit cards and electronic bank transfers in Swiss Francs.

4. Reimbursement Policy

This section outlines conditions under which a reimbursement may be issued for each service category.

4.1 Legal Services

Given the tailored nature of legal counsel and dedicated resource allocation, legal services are not eligible for reimbursement once a retainer is paid or work has begun. This ensures consistent commitment and scheduling integrity.

4.2 Information Products

Clients may request a reimbursement within 14 calendar days of purchase if no digital materials have been accessed or downloaded. Approved reimbursements will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Requests must be submitted via the contact form. Once any content is accessed, the purchase is considered final.

4.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 30 calendar days of delivery in their original, unopened condition. Clients are responsible for shipping. Upon receipt and inspection, a reimbursement will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Scheduling and Transfer

Appointments and service sessions may be rescheduled or transferred to another date or participant if requested at least 24 hours in advance via the contact form. Late changes may incur the full service fee.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement at any time. Outstanding fees for services rendered remain due and payable upon termination.
